The burn off ovens mod. TR we design and manufacture are of a new design that utilize the well-known pyrolytic process as their operating principle.

Paint stripping of waste products due to mistaken painting
Regeneration of metal products through repainting
Paint stripping of paint booth tools such as hooks, connecting rods, grilles, etc.
Removal of insulating resin from motors envelopments. Motors regeneration with subsequent firing of resins follows this process.

Drawing on decades of experience in the field, For.Tec. has developed a multi-stage treatment system to make the process as non-invasive as possible and to ensure the protection of the materials being treated.

During the first stage, the heat stripping oven works under controlled conditions keeping a constant temperature; during the second stage the oven temperature increases till reaching the overheating of pieces in it contained,to the temperature of about 430° (depending on materials used) and the complete decomposition of their envelopments.

The gases emitted from the pyrolysis chamber are directed into a post-combustion chamber, which—at a temperature of > 900°C—allows the gases from the primary chamber to oxidize, ensuring the elimination of smoke and unpleasant odors and thereby achieving emissions that fully comply with the standard limits set by both national and European anti-pollution regulations.

To prevent direct contact between the flame and the materials being processed in the pyrolysis chamber, a firebox made of refractory material is installed, through which the flame from the primary burner passes.

The system is equipped with a system for recovering energy from the exhaust gases released into the atmosphere, which uses a heat exchanger to recover heat that would otherwise be lost to the atmosphere and recirculate it back into the combustion process; this system ensures significant operating cost savings.

A practical metal-frame cart, designed and sized according to the customer’s specific needs, facilitates the loading of materials to be processed. Upon request, TR furnaces can be equipped with:
• A remote control system to manage and monitor the plant via GSM or a dedicated web server.
• An automated weighing system that sets the cycle type based on the detected material quantities; this system automatically monitors the weight of the material loaded into the furnace and sets the appropriate cycle accordingly.
